Our account managers and their teams are there to live and breathe your business - really understanding what's important to you, taking day-to-day responsibility for quality and productivity, dealing with any issues, managing alongside your own team, and playing a full part in management meetings.

We don't remunerate them on revenue and profit, simply because we don't believe that this is the right incentive. Instead we reward them on the quality of the service they deliver, and the agreed KPIs that they achieve.
