Account manager
- Responsible for the day to day operation of servicing the clients requirements from an on-site location
- Responsible for ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times through the team working to a Standard Operating Procedure
- Management of a team of consultants / administrator's
- Establish and developing strong business relationships with key client personnel
- Ensuring all clients recruitment requirements are fulfilled
- Ensuring strategic Key Performance Indicators are delivered in line with a Service Level Agreement
- Identify and maximise all profit opportunities throughout a clients business
- Encourage staff development through conducting monthly appraisals
- Effectively manage any second tier agencies
- Ensure that all customers and candidates comply with Health and Safety legislation and promptly report any issues
- To conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislation
- To ensure that all records of candidates and customer requirements are current and up-to-date
- To carry out Inductions in accordance with client requirements
- To induct and train newly appointed team members
- To apply disciplinary measures where necessary following agreement with HR
- To carry out any additional duties that they may reasonably be expected to perform, occasionally outside of normal working hours
Onsite Consultant
- To clearly establish the customer's requirements e.g. job description, hours of work
- To liaise with customers to arrange interviews and to debrief candidates and customers as and when required
- To follow official applicant generation processes focusing on recruitment of potential candidates
- Carry out Selection Interviews of potential candidates
- To assist in the smooth running of all Administration duties, inclusive of prompt delivery of Time Management & Attendance methods to facilitate Payrolling of all Flexi-Workers
- Ensure that all customers and candidates comply with Health and Safety legislation and promptly refer any concerns to the line manager
- To conform with all statutory employment and contractual legislation
- To monitor the timely placement of temporary and permanent staff and to resolve any issues raised
- To ensure that all records of candidates and customer requirements are current and up-to-date
- To regularly visit ONSITE customers to develop a good working relationship and to identify business opportunities
- To assist the ONSITE Account Manager with contractual issues
- To liaise with Extra Personnel and panel supplier agencies on the provision of recruitment services
- To carry out ONSITE inductions in accordance with Single Resource client requirements
- To carry out any additional duties that they may reasonably be expected to perform
